[ Masterweb Reports: IICN reports ] - Uburu, the scenic and beatiful town in Ohaozara , Ebonyi state will witness  a deluge of hundreds of Igbos inthe Diaspora and also at home for the Easter Retreat for Ndigbo in the Diaspora . The event to be hosted by Dr Ogbonnaya Onu will witness lectures, speeches and other side attractions.
 
Meanwhile some Igbo Governors , Senators, business moguls and opinion leaders have indicated interest to attend the event. It is a none partisan event and will dwell more on the development of Igbo land.
 
Youths, students and women leaders in Igbo land will also be at the event.

 
The LOC Chairman of the event Edomobi Promise told news men that the event will now be an annual thing and appealed to other Igbos to also host future events, irrespective of their political leanings. The event is organised by the IGBO INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION NETWORK AND THE WORLD IGBO LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION AND CULTURAL COUNCIL.
 
The event will hold on 14th of April, 2017 at Uburu in Ohanaozara LGA  of Ebonyi state at the home of Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu.
